These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Dale Bueckert, doing business as Dalez Dezign Studioz ("we", "us", "our"), and any design or development services offered through it. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Dalez Dezign Studioz provides web design, front-end development, graphic design, and motion/video services. Any engagement for paid work is subject to a separate written agreement or proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: submit spam or malicious content through the contact form; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or copy, scrape or reproduce Site content without permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, layout, portfolio work, logos and the "Dalez Dezign Studioz" name — is owned by Dale Bueckert unless otherwise credited, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reuse it without prior written consent. Portfolio samples shown may include placeholder or representative work.
4. Client Work & Ownership
For commissioned projects, ownership and licensing of deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Dalez Dezign Studioz.
5. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party sites and uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dale Bueckert / Dalez Dezign Studioz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
